An experienced Coach will sit down with you to take you through an initial health check and lifestyle analysis including any health and fitness goals you have

You will then be taken through a 60min 1-1 Personal Training session that will give you massive insight into your current level of fitness and health

At the end of the session you and your Coach will discuss your current strengths and weaknesses and explore a plan moving forward if this is something you would like to carry on

You will initially receive a phone consultation from a Coach to talk through your current fitness level and training goals

Then your Coach will sign you up to get full access to all of the classes on the current timetable for 30 days

At the end of your 30 day trial your Coach will sit down with you to get your feedback about the trial and look at a plan moving forward if this is attractive to you

You will initially receive a phone consultation from a Coach to talk through your current training routine and training goals

​

Then your Coach will assign your 30 day program to you specific to the goals discussed in your consult

​

Throughout the 30 day Trial your Coach will give you expert advice and help for you to get the most from the program

​

At the end of your program your coach will talk with you to discuss your training during the trial and look toward a further training plan moving forward if this is valuable to you
