If you struggle to make the classes or they don't take your fancy, no worries - you can opt for the open gym membership instead only £50 per month (no contract). This is where you can use the studio space on your own terms with your own program with a coach on hand when needed.
If you don't have a program to work from but you need some structure, you can follow a skeleton program (not scary don't worry), which will be chalked up on the black board.
We will offer you so much more than a standard gym membership, actually coaching you through each session so you get the most from every class or open gym slot. We will bring our experience, knowledge and personalities to the floor, so come give us a try you won't regret it :)
